Phoenix Yoga is recovery-focused and designed to be gentle yet effective. Our hour-long classes led by accredited yoga instructor Nicole is designed to be accessible for everyone. Whether you’ve done yoga forever and want to reward your body and mind or have never tried yoga before, Phoenix Yoga will become your weekly non-negotiable self-care tool.
Classes can be purchased at a discounted rate with one of our monthly packages or individually with a drop-in rate. We have yoga mats, blocks, and straps. If you have your own yoga mat, we would love for you to bring it. If you don’t, you can use ours!
