I’ve been a professional Athlete for 15 years. I’ve dedicated my life to combat sports and have competed at the highest level the sport has to offer. I have coached Several UFC athletes and other professional MMA fighters. I co-founded Michigan Top Team in 2012 with Daron Cruickshank which is where my love for coaching and training people developed and grew. I have coached and trained Kids, Moms, Dads and elite athletes. 

 

Outside of fighting, I’m pretty boring. I’m a new Dad (best job I ever had) and husband. If I’m not in the gym, I’m working on my land or hanging out with my wife and baby boy.
