Owner/Head Trainer

I am not someone who was “always into fitness”. It wasn’t until I became a mother that I felt the urgent need to focus on my mind, body, and overall health for my daughter. For years, I had hidden my body away and struggled with deep image insecurities due to a brush with death in 2003. After defeating Necrotizing Fasciitis, I no longer knew my body. I had scars and massive changes in my overall shape. But after having my daughter, I knew that wasn’t the person I wanted to be for  her .  I found a personal trainer and found a deep love for fitness, nutrition, and taking up SPACE for the first time in my life.

Now I'm a mom of 2 amazing kids and am more happy, confident, and healthy than I've ever been before.  It's my mission to give that to others through fitness and lifestyle changes.  And there's just some joy you can't put into words that comes from lifting a heavy barbell.

  • Fave exercise: overhead presses and jerks
  • Fave food: pizza, tacos, anything chocolate
  • Fave music: punk rock
  • Fave hobby: puzzles and games

When I’m not training, I’m doing CrossFit, chasing my two kids, collecting tattoos, gaming—and definitely not cooking. As a coach, I love helping people realize they’re capable of more than they think, just like I did. I found fitness in my 30s, competed in bodybuilding and a marathon, and even rehabbed a double hip replacement through strength training.
